ROUSH Performance's Phase 2 Supercharger system boosts performance to 727 horsepower for the 2015-2017 Ford Mustang 5.0L V8, the ROUSH 2.3L Phase 2 Calibrated Supercharger System is part of the TVS (Twin Vortices Series) line of superchargers developed by ROUSH, raising the bar for performance and reliability. Eaton's TVS technology rotating assembly delivers more power and better fuel economy in a smaller package, and is part of the same line that has been used and proven for years in ROUSH-built Ford Mustangs.
Our Phase 2 system builds on the outstanding performance of our 2015-2017 Phase 1 supercharger system, by adding proven core components and careful calibration for an additional 57 horsepower and 65 lb-ft of torque over our 670 hp/ 545 lb-ft system.
The ROUSH R2300 TVS supercharger is a roots-type positive displacement supercharger that features twin four-lobe rotors twisted 160-degrees vs older three lobe, 60 degree twist technology. The fourth lobe and the added twist, when combined with newly-redesigned air inlet and outlet ports, offers greatly enhanced thermal effciency, higher volumetric capacity, higher operating speeds, a smoother, more effcient flow of air into the engine, and improved noise and vibration characteristics.
Unlike turbocharging, the ROUSH R2300 TVS supercharger provides instant throttle response and can generate increased power through the engine's entire power band.

Unlock any buried horsepower with the Ford Racing High-Performance Turbocharger Upgrade Kit for your 2015-2023 Mustang's EcoBoost engine. By increasing the wheel turbine and compressor wheel, the air volume is maximized.
As used on the 2020 EcoBoost Mustang equipped with the High Performance package from the factory, this turbocharger upgrade kit will deliver a power improvement in any 2015-2023 EcoBoost Mustang models. The wheel turbine is 50 millimeters and the compressor wheel increases from 60 millimeters to 63 millimeters for larger compressor housing volute.

The Vortech Maxflow Race Blow-off Valves feature a 360˚ discharge, all Billet aluminum construction, and a large “rolling diaphragm” configuration with dual vent porting allows for quick valve response.
These units will retrofit to standard Greddy/HKS style mounting pads, are adaptable to all types of boosted engine installations and can be mounted in any position.
Race BOV is preset to open at 5-7 inches of vacuum.
The first revision of TiAL's original BV50 blow-off valve, the 50mm Q Series BOV flows 60% more than its predecessor, making it the highest flowing 50mm BOV on the market, and bolts to any standard TiAL flange without welding.
An included weld mounting flange (available in aluminum, mild steel, and stainless steel) cut for 2-1/2'' pipe and CNC machined aluminum V-band mounting clamp with stainless steel hardware create a durable corrosion-free appearance.
A banjo-type aluminum air fitting and bolt with 1/4" hose barb allow quick actuator response.

Technical Specifications
For use on turbo-charged and super-charged applications (Paxton, Vortech, etc.) The body and all internal components of the blow off valve are CNC machined from aluminum alloy. It features a large 1.98'' (50.5mm) valve.
The V-Band design aluminum mounting clamp gives a very clean and unique appearance. The clamp uses Stainless Steel hardware for a long lasting, corrosion-free appearance.
The valve seal utilizes a high temperature resistant o-ring that is clamped in place to prevent the possibility of sticking to the seat and pulling out. The valve stem and guide are hard anodize-coated for wear resistance.
The Blow Off Valve also comes with a machined aluminum banjo-type air fitting and bolt, with oversized 10mm hose barb for quick actuator response. The actuator has a high temp silicone reinforced diaphragm for long life.
