An MPVI4, windows laptop and “stock tune” add-on are required for tunerlocked vehicles. We will send you a genuine VIN-matched stock file to overwrite the current tunerlocked tune and revert your PCM back to stock. You may then switch over to the TDN app if desired.

PCMtec remote tuning is not a “plug and play” or hands-off service. Clients must be comfortable with basic computer and software tasks, including:
Creating a PCMtec account using the same email address used for your tune order
Downloading and installing PCMTEC Flasher
Reading and emailing your vehicle’s stock tune file
Flashing tunes received via email
Recording and submitting data logs during the tuning process
Clear step-by-step instructions will be provided, but the ability to follow directions and navigate the basic software is required.
Important Notes
PCMtec is not compatible with current generation HPT devices. A supported OBD2 tuning device and windows laptop is required. We use OBDX Pro FT, which is also recommended by PCMTEC. Additional information and ordering your device can be found through this direct link —→ OBDX Pro FT
We are responsible for the licensing credits for your vehicle and this is already factored into pricing.
Selecting “multi-tune” does not include additional tunes— just the ability and credits to use the feature. Additional tunes must be purchased under “add-ons” along with your order if opting to use multi-tune functionality.

STOCK TUNE
Provides a genuine VIN-matched stock tune. Intended for those who no longer have access to their original stock tune and have a tuner-locked PCM.
Please note: Novelty tunes can cause unfavorable driving conditions and stalling. These tunes command the vehicle to run in an abnormal state for a desired effect, hence the name “novelty”. There is limited support for novelty tunes.
