Powerlab’s remote tuning service delivers the same level of precision and consistency you’d expect from a full in-house dyno session. With nearly a decade of hand-on professional experience and one-thousand late-model Fords calibrated, we’ve refined our process to give you reliable power gains, crisp drivability, and OEM-level refinement tailored to your exact setup.
Every calibration is built using strategies from years of experience, not guesswork. For years we developed and validated our expertise on our own in-house Dynojet, dialing in everything from stock bolt-on setups to 7-second drag cars. Whether you’re nearly stock, or fully built and ready to throw down serious power, you get a tune grounded in real engineering, no copy/paste canned data or shortcuts.
TUNE LEVEL DESCRIPTION
Level 1 — Stock/Cold Air Intake/Exhaust
Level 2 — Intake Manifold/Fuel Injectors/Throttle Body/Pulley
Level 3 — Supercharger/Turbo(s)/Camshafts/Nitrous
PCMTEC remote tuning is not a “plug and play” or hands-off service. Clients must be comfortable with basic computer and software tasks, including:
Creating a PCMTEC account using the same email address used for your tune order
Downloading and installing PCMTEC Flasher
Reading and emailing your vehicle’s stock tune file
Flashing tunes received via email
Recording and submitting data logs during the tuning process
Clear step-by-step instructions will be provided, but the ability to follow directions and navigate the basic software is required.
Important Notes
PCMTEC does not support current generation HPT devices. A supported OBD2 tuning device and windows laptop is required. We use OBDX Pro FT, which is also recommended by PCMTEC. Additional information and ordering your device can be found through this direct link —→ OBDX Pro FT
We the are responsible for licensing credits for your vehicle and this has been factored into pricing.
Selecting “multi-tune” does not include additional tunes— just the ability and credits to use the feature. Additional tunes must be purchased under “add-ons” along with your order if opting to use multi-tune functionality.
