Easily add 50-250 Horsepower with a Nitrous Express System!
Nitrous Express has combined performance, quality and easy installation in this new nitrous system engineered specifically for the 5.0L Coyote and 7.3L Godzilla Plate. This system includes an Autolearn TPS switch which allows the nitrous to activate only at wide open throttle. A direct-plug-in Fuel Line Adapter is provided to simplify installation (no need to cut your factory fuel lines). The system includes the billet aluminum and carbon fiber Lightning series solenoids, billet aluminum nitrous plate, 10lb nitrous bottle with the new billet aluminum Lightning 500 bottle valve, extra long stainless braided N2O line, stainless bottle brackets, master arming switch, relay, relay harness and all necessary hardware to complete the installation. Includes jetting for 50-200HP. GT kits including jetting for 50-250HP.

The Nitrous Express direct port nitrous plates are designed to fit factory 2018+ 5.0L Intake manifolds or the Boss intake manifolds. The 2018+ manifolds are a direct bolt on replacement for any of your modern 5.0 coyote engines and provide cheap, easy horsepower.
This setup is capable of spraying anywhere from 100-300 horsepower. Direct port plates offer a huge benefit compared to a single nozzle or a plate, giving you the best distribution possible, feeding an equal amount of nitrous and fuel to each cylinder.
The plates bolt under the intake manifold making installation quick and simple. The plates come in at 5/8" thick so there will be no need to run an aftermarket hood. Made entirely of billet aluminum, anodized in black and as always proudly made in the USA
This system includes a TPS Auto learn switch so the nitrous only activates at wide open throttle and automatically turns off when you let your foot off the accelerator.
The system includes jetting.

NX fully automatic bottle heaters are pressure controlled so you are always at the proper nitrous pressure. Heater element has surface temperatures above 300 degrees. This element can take a bottle from ice cold to operating pressure in minutes. Includes heater element, automatic pressure switch, HD 40 amp really and harness, nitrous pressure gauge and a 4AN manifold.
Due to the adjustability of the pressure switch contained in this kit, it is compatible with all nitrous kits on the market. Easy to use set-screw for making pressure adjustments.

The NX Purge System is designed to purge the air from your nitrous lines to allow immediate activation of your Nitrous system. This System includes a Lightning solenoid, push button for activation, and a vent tube to direct the purged nitrous out of the solenoid. Also included is a 4AN manifold to run inline with your nitrous feedline. This allows you to purge the nitrous system, even when you do not have a purge port built into your solenoids. The Purge system can also be used to lower the bottle pressure for spot on nitrous performance every time you activate the system.

These billet aluminum bottle brackets look great and are easy to use. The saddle area that holds the bottle is lined with rubber so your nitrous bottles do not get scratched. The large knurled knobs allow you to quickly secure or remove the bottle without tools. This version is designed to bolt to the floor of the vehicle.

The Nitrous Express digital rpm window switch is an innovative module that monitors engine rpm as well as throttle position to automatically activate your nitrous system based on user adjustable RPM and TPS values. This ensures that the nitrous activates only within the set RPM and TPS values.
The large LCD display has an adjustable contrast screen this changes how dark the numbers and letters appear.
Another great feature of the window switch is the RPM filter is a noise filtering feature to help with ignition noise on newer vehicles. If you notice an erratic RPM Signal you will want to enable the RPM filter feature.
This module is compatible with all 1 to 12 cylinder engines with coil on plug, waste spark, distributor or crank trigger equipped ignition systems.
The NX Maximizer EZ Progressive Nitrous Controller is easy to install and easy to tune making it easy to go fast.
The Max EZ was designed to replace the relay in your NX nitrous system so installation time is less than 30 seconds! Simply unplug your existing NX relay and plug the proprietary Max EZ male plug into your NX relay harness (if your nitrous system does not have a standard NX relay harness, use the included NX relay harness to complete the installation).
The Max EZ pulses your nitrous and fuel solenoids to smoothly ramp in your nitrous power resulting in increased traction and less strain on your vehicles drivetrain. The progression ramp automatically starts at 20% and ends at 100% when you push the accelerator pedal to W.O.T. (Wide Open Throttle). Ramp time is adjustable from 0 to 4.5 seconds via a simple turn screw. We recommend selecting the lowest ramp time possible without introducing tire spin. If tire spin is noticed, simply increase the ramp time to slow down the ramp to full power.
The Max EZ is capable of powering nitrous and fuel solenoids with a total amp draw up to 40 amps maximum making it the perfect choice for most plate and single nozzle nitrous systems.
This switch panel slips right in the factory sunglasses compartment to the left of the driver's knee. The panel includes switches for nitrous arming, bottle heater, purge and bottle opener. The design requires no permanent modification and retains the factory panels open and close function so the switches are hidden when not in use. Completely removeable with no signs of ever being installed.
If you have room for a gauge you can now also have a custom NX switch panel!! These switch panels fit into any 2-1/16 gauge pod and come with all the switches and LED indicator lights.
The switch panel is a full billet aluminum design with laser etching for Nitrous, Bottle Heater, Purge, and Bottle Opener. The switch panel fits tightly in any 2 and 1/16 inch gauge pod, and comes with a keeper on the back side to keep it from moving or twisting.
