POWERLAB PERFORMANCE LLC | CUSTOM TUNING AGREEMENT

I hereby agree that: There are potential risks and dangers involved with ECU/TCU tuning. Custom tuning allows my vehicle to operate outside factory parameters and can cause failure. It is strictly intended for off-road use, and Powerlab Performance, LLC will not be held responsible if you violate any laws or regulations. Any damage incurred before, during, or after is in no way the fault of Powerlab Performance, LLC. Any damage to my vehicle is the responsibility of the vehicle(s) owner. Situations can arise during tuning that are beyond the tuner's control, such as improper parts installation. I am aware that novelty tunes require a Powerlab Performance tune and cannot be added to any other tunes. I understand that there are no refunds for custom tuning services. I am fully aware of the potential risks involved with custom tuning, and waive all claims against Powerlab Performance, LLC.
